The Statewide Interoperability Coordinator (SWIC) serves to promote and advance interoperable communications statewide. The SWIC is an ex-officio member of the Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee (SIEC) coordinating its activities and providing recommendations and solutions to interoperable communication challenges throughout the state.
